How to Link Your PAN Card with LIC Policies
Step 1: Gather Information
Before you start, make sure you have the following:
- Your LIC policy number(s).
- PAN card number and date of birth.
- An active email address.
- A working mobile number (you’ll receive an OTP here).
Step 2: Visit LIC Website
Go to www.licindia.in or use this direct link: https://licindia.in/Home/Online-PAN-Registration
Step 3: Check PAN Status (Optional)
Before linking your PAN, check if it’s already linked by clicking on “Check Policy PAN Status” on the website. If not linked, you’ll see a message.
Step 4: Register Your PAN
Click on “Click Here to Register Your PAN with us” and fill out the form. If you have multiple policies, use the “Add Policy” option. Complete the captcha, check the declaration box, and click “Get OTP.”
Step 5: Verify and Submit
Review the details you’ve entered, enter the OTP received on your mobile, and click “Submit.” Your PAN will be successfully linked.
