Mixed Sprouts Chaat Recipe A healthy Snack/Recipe is a very good snack for those people who wants to reduce their weight as well as people who has sugar problems.
Ingredients for Sprout Chat
- 200 gram sprouted moong dal
- 100 grams sprouted black chana
- 1 potato chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 green chillies chopped
- 1/2 cucumber chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt , pepper as per taste.
Method for making Sprout Chat
Wash potatoes and boil in pressure cooker.
When potatoes are cooked then peel and cut into small pieces
Put all the sprouts in a pan and add a half cup of water and salt and Cook for 10 mins.Allow it to cool for 3 to 5 mins.
Mix sprouts and chopped vegetables all together and add salt chat masala, lemon juice and mix well.
Serve as a snack.
