Methi Paratha Ingredients

Fresh Methi Leaves 250 gm

Wheat Flour 3 cups

Cumin Seeds 1 tbsp

Salt as required

Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

Water As Needed

Method – How to make Methi Paratha Recipe

To make methi paratha, first take methi and clean it thoroughly and now add methi leaves, green chillies and ginger and mixer and grind.

Now take a pot and filter the dough and besan with the help of a sieve. Now add the grinded methi mixture and add salt, cumin seeds, a little oil and light lukewarm water to the dough thoroughly.

Keep the dough for a while and your dough is ready to make paratha.

Take a little dough from him and take it round with the help of hands.

put the pan on gas and heat it.

Now make a paratha with the help of rolling pin. and fry the paratha from both sides.

Fry all the parathas with the same method  and your  methi paratha is ready.
