Anupama Begins When Kinjal and Anupama return home and Rakhi feels relieved.

Seeing Kinjal, Rakhi asks her what was the need to go to the local doctor, then Kinjal says that the doctor is very good and experienced.

Rakhi gets upset thinking that she cannot always take care of Kinjal.

Rakhi wants to do something for her grandson and Kinjal but the Shah family is taking the decision for Kinjal. When Rakhi cries saddened by this, Anupama says that Rakhi also has the right to take Kinjal out with her for shopping or for watching a movie and next time they will take Rakhi with them.

Rakhi gets reassured and ready to go and Kinjal too goes to sleep and rest.

Anupama returns home late where Anuj is waiting for her and feels very hungry.

Vanraj needs Anupama’s help for Kinjal and he calls Anupama that Kinjal has a problem with Kaluch.

Kinjal has pain in her stomach, due to which she is crying, while the doctor says that it is normal.

अनुपमा की शुरुआत मैं जब जब किंजल और अनुपमा घर लौटते हैं और राखी राहत महसूस करती है।

किंजल को देखकर राखी उससे पूछती है की लोकल डॉक्टर के पास जाने की क्या जरुरत थी तो किंजल कहती है वो डॉक्टर बहुत अच्छे और अनुभवी है .

राखी ये सोच के परेशां हो जाती है क वो हमेशा किंजल की देखभाल नहीं कर सकती है

राखी अपने पोते और किंजल के लिए कुछ करना चाहती है लेकिन शाह परिवार ही किंजल के लिए निर्णय ले रहा ह। राखी इस बात से दुखी होकर रोती है तो अनुपमा कहती है कि राखी को भी किंजल को अपने साथ शॉपिंग के लिए या मूवी देखने के लिए बहार ले जाने का अधिकार है और अगली बार वे राखी को अपने साथ ले जाएंगे।

राखी आश्वस्त हो जाती है और जाने के लिए तैयार हो जाती है और किंजल भी सोने और आराम करने चली जाती है।

अनुपमा देर से घर लौटती है जहाँ अनुज उसका इंतज़ार कर रहा होता है और उसे बहुत भूख लगती है।

वनराज को किंजल के लिए अनुपमा की हेल्प की जरुरत पड़ती है और वो अनुपमा को कॉल करता है की किंजल को कलूच समस्या है .

किंजल के पेट मे दर्द होता है जिस वजह से वो रोती है जबकि डॉक्टर कहते है की ये नार्मल है
